POOL OPENING SERVICE
POOL OPENING INCLUDES:
- check_circle Reassemble filtration system (Filter elements, clamps, gauges, petcocks, freeze plugs, etc.)
- check_circle Lubricate O-rings and control valves.
- check_circle Test water chemistry and add start up chemicals (Separate charge for chemicals apply) *
- check_circle Balance water chemistry (Separate charge for chemicals apply) *
- check_circle Enable electrical power to filtration system, set and synchronize remote control boxes, valves, timers, switches and/or breakers
- check_circle Remove all winter plugs, prime up pumps and pool lines.
- check_circle Test fire heater and check safety circuits.
- check_circle Reinstall all pool side hardware (Separate charge for Safety fence) *
- check_circle Opening service does not include repairs to pool or pool equipment, in such case a service call must be scheduled and regular hourly rates
Winter cover removal
Includes cover hose off cleaning * (Cover must be clear from any EXCESS of water and leaves prior to being removed, an hourly service charge will be applied otherwise)

- check_circle Test water chemistry and add winter chemicals (charge for chemicals apply) *
- check_circle Remove and store pool side hardware (Separate charge for Safety fence) **
- check_circle Hose off filter elements and inspect for damage (Does not apply to sand filters) (Does not include repairs)
- check_circle Disable electrical power to filtration system (Remote control boxes and valves, auto-timers, switches or breakers)
- check_circle Winterize all pluggable lines on pool & spa (Except for auto-fillers) (Does not include winter plugs)
- check_circle Winterize pool equipment (Filter, pumps, heaters, blowers, etc)
Very Important: It is customer’s responsibility to provide (for mesh cover) a submersible pump or (for solid cover) cover pump to be installed at the time of closing, to protect tile line from freezing and solid covers from being damaged due to excess of water accumulation. Also, water chemistry should be balanced prior to or at your closing date at the latest to help prevent scaling or pitting on pool finishing.
